- How can I play cushions SJECK Cleaning?

The play cushions are easily cleaned with warm water and, if necessary, any neutral soap.

 

- How safe are the play cushions?

The play cushions conform to the standards of the General Product Safety Commodities Act. The covers are not special fire retardant. The zippers are concealed.

 

- Are the covers waterproof?

The covers are waterproof. The stitching and zippers to water and therefore the product is NOT waterproof. The yarn is 100% polyether or shrink.

 

- Do the play cushions discolor?

The play cushions can after a long slightly discolor.

 

- Are the colors the screen of my computer?

The actual color of the play cushions can slightly differ from the display on your screen.

 

- Are the SJECK play cushions sold in stores?

The play cushions can only be ordered online.

 

- Can the play cushions be collected?

The play cushions will only be delivered and can not be collected.

 

- How do I know that my order is shipped?

In a successful payment you will receive an order confirmation via email.

 

- When do I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 30 days of receiving your payment if the delivery address within the Netherlands. We send an email when we have received your payment and when your order is shipped.

 

- Can I exchange a play cushions?

If a play cushion that you ordered is not good, then you can swap. Exchange is based on shared postage. You can return to the play cushions:

- Not satisfied?

We make every effort to deliver a perfect product. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product within 14 days after receipt. This is only possible if you advance by e-mail notification made through info@sjeck.nl. The return address is:

Send the return with a printout of our order confirmation and provide your bank account. Please also indicate the reason for return. Once your return is received in good condition, we will process your payment (excluding shipping) within 5 workdays on your bank account.
It cannot be exchanged or returned if:
- The play cushions (incorrectly) used;
- The play cushions custom made (print);
- You tried to make repairs.
